Our Service Centres provide a personalised service - and are unique in that we proactively manage customer expectations. That means the Service Centre in which you made your booking will contact you to confirm delivery receipt details of your consignment. You can choose the contact options - either by SMS (text message), email or phone.
The benefits of utilising our proactive delivery confirmation option, is that you can be more efficient, have 'peace of mind' and effectively manage the expectations of your own customers.
If you use our Online Self-Service you will automatically be provided with a tracking number enabling you to conveniently track the parcel delivery yourself through our website.
You can track your Online Self-Service booking by simply entering your Online Self-Service tracking number below and clicking the submit button. You will then be able to see all information relating to the status of the delivery of your parcel.
